| How do I create an account? If you are already a Hardware Resources customer, simply call your Customer Service Representative at 1.800.463.0660 and ask to have a web account created. They will provide you with a password. |
| How can I become a Hardware Resources customer? Simply click the "Opportunity" link on the right of this page. Fill out a short form, and a qualified representative will contact you directly. | | ORDERS |
| How do I place an order?When you have placed the items you want to purchase into your cart, you can select the Checkout link on the left hand side of the page. (It will be under your user info when you have logged in.)
Once you click the link, you will be taken to a secure page where you can confirm your items and enter your billing, shipping and credit card information.
Once this is complete, the last step is to submit your order. |
| Is there a minimum order amount? We feel that the more products you purchase from Hardware Resources, the more valuable your resource is. However, we only require that the minimum order be $25 or more, not including shipping and handling. |
| Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes! Order confirmations are sent via email through the email address you specified when you created your account. |
